Filminformatie

Flowing through centuries of change, the St. Lawrence River sustains a rich world of animals, plants and human communities. Frédéric Back’s animation traces its history from the shaping of the landscape to settlement, trade and industrial exploitation. The river’s abundance gradually gives way to pollution and damaged habitats, turning its story into an appeal to protect the living systems on which people depend.
