Filminformatie

After seeing a rocket launch on television, a Chinese-American girl named Luna dreams of becoming an astronaut. Her father Chu, who runs a small shoe-repair business, supports that ambition as she grows from an imaginative child into a student facing setbacks and self-doubt. Told without dialogue, the animated short follows the changing meaning of her childhood dream and the quiet work of a parent whose encouragement she does not always recognise.
