Thirteen-year-old Bartek hides the violence he experiences at home while struggling with an intimidating football coach and the pressures of school. Growing up in a poor district of Łódź, he finds little comfort among the adults around him. His closest bond is with Bukiet, a dog living in an animal shelter, but even that friendship is threatened. The short drama follows a child’s search for tenderness in an unforgiving world.
